Unless you are trying to sell the home you shouldn’t need to worry about any of this, though. You would want to make sure you have a title produced through your state DMV to prove ownership . In many states, they can reissue an identification number or they will just put unknown in the box for the serial number. Manufactured/Mobile Homes and CSA/Electrical Safety Stickers
